845 Self Defense Fundamentals combines striking basics, movement, defense, pad work, simple escapes, and conditioning into one beginner-friendly 60-minute class each week.

Foundations

Stance, movement, guard, jab, and cross.

Week 2

Punching Fundamentals

Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, and basic combinations.

Week 3

Kicks & Range

Front kicks, low kicks, distance, and mixing hands and feet.

Week 4

Defense & Movement

Covering, slipping, creating space, and staying composed.

Week 5

Self Defense Situations

Basic escapes from grabs and holds, creating distance, striking to exit.

Week 6

Integration & Confidence

Review, controlled scenarios, reaction drills, and final confidence-building rounds.

Ben's approach is controlled, professional, and beginner-friendly. The goal is not to create fighters. The goal is to help everyday people build confidence, understand basic defense, and develop practical skills they can actually use.
