Punching Fundamentals
Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, and basic combinations.
Kicks & Range
Front kicks, low kicks, distance, and mixing hands and feet.
Defense & Movement
Covering, slipping, creating space, and staying composed.
Self Defense Situations
Basic escapes from grabs and holds, creating distance, striking to exit.
Integration & Confidence
Review, controlled scenarios, reaction drills, and final confidence-building rounds.

Benjamin DeWalt of OnSight Firearms Training brings over 20 years of martial arts experience, a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Japanese Karate, and years of practical defensive training instruction.
Ben's approach is controlled, professional, and beginner-friendly. The goal is not to create fighters. The goal is to help everyday people build confidence, understand basic defense, and develop practical skills they can actually use.

No. This program is open to members and non-members.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
